Week Four is my first check-in point along the 12 week journey and required me to re-do my fitness test and take my measurements.
Ofcourse, my first mini milestone fell straight after the Easter long weekend so I wasn't expecting great things (there may have been a fair bit of egg consumption.... the chocolate kind!). It was a good reminder that nutrition really is the biggest factor in weight loss and while I enjoy a regular treat I can't let that blow out to three days of treats.
Onto my results...
I'm sooo happy to say that I've seen improvements everywhere... woohoo!
I put on +600g over the past week but I'm really happy with my weight loss so far, I can definitely see the difference in myself.
The Running Challenge is how long you can run for before stopping (and then you continue the workout to reach 30 minutes total).
Your Fitness Score is score out of 100 based on the fitness test. This graph shows my Starting score, where I am this week (Week 4) and how I improved, and what I need to do to get a higher score next time.
I haven't actually done the flexibility test yet as I've been too lazy to set it up, thus the score for that is staying put at 0.
Now Measurements... This is one area that I'm not paying too much attention too because... I AM A HOPELESS MEASURER! I am so sure that I keep measuring different parts of my waist and legs and arms etc. So I'm taking these with a grain of salt and thinking more about how my clothes are fitting.
And that's that!
Upwards and onwards to the next mini milestone at Week 8 - which i'm planning to celebrate by running a park run!
I'll leave you with this pic of me looking super happy that I actually got up and went to the gym for my fave HIIT class this morning and then got to enjoy some yummy 12wbt Banana Bread!
