Happiness on Hump Day v.6

My Happiness Indicators

(can you see me up the back there? I'm the one with fluro pink tights!!)

1. Group Training.
I'm still workin on my fitness, heading to Group Fitness sessions twice a week. I never thought I'd say this but I actually like getting up at 530am and having my workout over and done with by 7am. It's just nice to start the day knowing that you've done something positive for your health and it definitely sets a great tone for the rest of the day.

2. Coffee catch ups that turn into Lunch.
I met up with a couple of my high school friends for coffee at 11am yesterday, 2 cups later (green tea for me!), we were still happily chatting away, catching up and cooing over my friend's 18 month old son. So, coffee turned into lunch and we didn't end up leaving til almost 2pm. It was great to catch up and spend time with old friends, and bonus, it was such a beautiful summer's day to sit outside and soak up the rays!

3. Presents under the Christmas Tree.
 I wrapped some pressies, with ribbons and bows. They are shiny and bright and I can't wait for the recipients to open them.

4. Flashing Christmas lights.

Oh my gosh, I'm super impressed you're exercising so early in the morning!!
Group fitness is always a good motivator though. i need to get back into some group activity.
That is a gorgeous setting for a workout too

Thanks! Yeah any kind of fitness is much more motivating with other people and the scenery is a definite bonus :)
