Up in the gym just workin' on my fitness...

i loved the uni life, you know it's true cause i don't shut up about it...
but i don't love that for the most part during these two experiences i wasn't really looking after myself...
icecream for breakfast (uni), wayyyy too much alcohol (uni), cheese curds (america), loads of takeout foods (both) and no exercise (america)!

i put on a whopping 9 kgs while in the states for just 3 months...
i ate a truckload of reece's pieces, mike & ike's and cheese curds!
i came home heavier and unable to fit in my jeans :(

i've tried successfully and not so successfully to lose weight/increase fitness in the past...
but always lost motivation eventually!
i lost weight after leaving uni (before heading to america)...
and i aim to maintain my sugar free lifestyle now.

but nothing has worked the way i'd like to (aka - im lazy and give up to easy)!





joscelin moved back to town and started up her PT business here just after I got back from america...
and what better way to get in shape for summer and get healthy/fit for forever then to train with someone who i have known my whole life and that is super crazy fit, healthy and looks amazing!

im two weeks in and have been well and truly reminded how unfit i have let myself get...
but im committed to going to all the training sessions and im already making plenty of changes to what goes in my mouth!

what works for YOU in terms of weightloss/health/fitness?

I went to a personal trainer one time and he kicked my butt, I think I was done after 15 minutes. It's definitely my goal to get back in shape.
