ive made it through a week with my new gym membership...
and a week of the june challenge.
so i thought id just start doing once a week progess reports as a quick, easy way for me to track my successes and areas i need to work on.
gym attendance:
- fri: signed up to the gym. one hour cardio.
- sat: one hour cardio.
-sun: had fitness apprasial/ weights program written up. one hour weights.
- mon: one hour SPIN class.
- tue: one hour TAEBO class.
- wed: one hour weights.
- thur: one hour ZUMBA
so happy and proud that i actually went to the gym every day...
ZUMBA was sooooo much fun, definately recommend it...
if you havent heard about it/ seen the ads on tv...
its run similiar to an aerobics class but all the moves are based on dance moves like the samba, salsa and chachacha...
loads of fun, catchy music, and just an all round fun vibe to the class!
june challenge:
i have slipped up a couple of times with my june challenge, to not eat take out...
- sat: frozen raspberry drink from maccas $4
- sun: packet of twisties at footy $4
- wed: hot chips/gravy after night out $5
- thur: packet chips $4
im impressed that i havent eaten any meals out this week, that is odd for me...
ive actually been putting in the effort to cook yummy, different meals at home and so havent felt the need to eat out.
how are other june challengers going with the task?
progess question of the week:
i am thinking that when i have lost 5kg i will reward myself in some way...
how do you guys reward yourselves for reaching fitness/weightloss/diet goals???
any ideas/suggestions???

Depends what you want. I had different things I wanted like a trip to the zoo or a facial.. And then a size 10 dress for when I get to that elusive goal..

That is awesome! And I definitely think you should reward yourself, with like a new pair of shoes or a fun hair product! Something that will make you happy but isn't going to make those 5 lbs come back! :) xoxo
Hey thanks for the heads up! The song hopefully should play now... who knows though, I only pretend to be good at internet and things, haha.
And, good job at the gym! I wish I could ever find the motivation to go! And I always like buying new clothes whenever I reach any goal of any kind really, but there's no better reward than to be able to buy a size down and know all your hard work is paying off!
